1. Acceptance of Terms

By using KyAdmin ("the Bot," "we," "us," "our"), a Discord bot for managing Roblox KyAdmin panels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

KyAdmin is a Discord bot application that facilitates:

• Creation and management of admin action requests
• Approval and rejection workflows
• Server configuration and administration
• Action logging and auditing

The Bot is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3. User Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
• You are the server owner or have authorization from the server owner to use the Bot
• You will use the Bot in compliance with all applicable laws and Discord's Terms of Service
• You will not use the Bot for any illegal or harmful purposes

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of KyAdmin, you agree to:

• Proper Use: Use the Bot only for legitimate administrative purposes
• Compliance: Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• No Unauthorized Access: Not attempt to gain unauthorized access or bypass security measures
• No Harassment: Not use the Bot to harass, threaten, or harm other users
• No Spam: Not spam, flood, or abuse the Bot's functionality
• No Reverse Engineering: Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Bot's code
• Lawful Use Only: Not use the Bot in violation of any applicable laws

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• KyAdmin and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Bot
• KyAdmin and its developers shall not be liable for loss of data, revenue, or business
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Bot is to stop using it
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the Bot will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of information provided by the Bot

You assume all risks associated with using the Bot.

7. Service Availability

KyAdmin is provided without any guarantee of continuous availability. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Bot at any time, with or without notice
• Perform maintenance that may cause temporary unavailability
• Suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms
• Change features or functionality as needed

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of KyAdmin, including but not limited to code, design, and documentation, are the exclusive property of KyAdmin's developers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Bot as intended. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

9. Data and Stored Information

Server Data: You acknowledge that data you input into the Bot (requests, configurations, logs) may be stored on our servers.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data and ensuring you comply with Roblox and Discord's terms regarding data.

Loss of Data: KyAdmin is not liable for loss, corruption, or deletion of data stored through the Bot.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Bot to violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Engage in hacking, phishing, or other malicious activities
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot's systems or data
• Use the Bot in violation of Roblox's or Discord's terms of service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Bot's operation

11. Suspension and Termination

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to KyAdmin if you violate any provision of these Terms of Service, engage in prohibited conduct, misuse the Bot in any way, or pose a security risk or threat to the service.

12. Third-Party Services

KyAdmin operates on Discord's platform and integrates with Roblox. Your use of KyAdmin is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service, Discord's Privacy Policy, Roblox's Terms of Service, and Roblox's Privacy Policy.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and your use of KyAdmin are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
